Screw polishing machine
This project involves a lathe, typically used for machining metal or other materials with precision cutting tools.
In this case, the client requested a customized modification adding a polishing unit capable of multi-directional movement, including back-and-forth and left-to-right motion, to perform polishing operations at various positions and improve operational flexibility.
To meet these requirements, we carried out a complete design and fabrication process. We first selected and integrated a suitable polishing machine into the lathe’s structure. Then, we designed an adjustable motion system that allows the polishing head to move smoothly along multiple axes. Additionally, we developed an intuitive control interface that enables operators to easily manage the polishing movement and operation with precision and ease.
Semi-automatic assembly machine
The client’s current product film application and assembly processes rely heavily on manual labor, making the workflow complex and time-consuming. This results in limited production efficiency and increased labor demands.
To address these challenges, we jointly developed a semi-automatic assembly system that integrates automatic film application and precise positioning technology. This system significantly shortens production time while maintaining consistent product quality.
By implementing this equipment, labor costs can be effectively reduced, product consistency improved, and overall production operations become more stable and efficient—paving the way toward automated and upgraded manufacturing.

It's a customized distance measurement device specifically designed based on customer-provided measurement ranges and distance requirements.
